This, this will take a while. To adjust my view to her new age and tune my mind in the direction she’s headed.
I’m still processing it. Saying she’s 10 years is no problem at all; coming to terms with it is a whole new ball game altogether.
Maybe it’d stick in my consciousness and help me transition into this new stage of her life if I just keep repeating it, intermittently. T. is 10. Maybe.
